Workshop Manager, Sales & Operations –

Experience: 3+ years of directly relevant experience in automotive dealerships, showrooms, service centers, workshops, or automotive after-sales operations
Type: Full-time, On-site
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives
What You’ll Do:
Lead sales performance and customer follow-up
Manage and hold the sales team accountable for targets
Develop corporate and fleet business
Coordinate workshop scheduling and customer commitments with the technical team
Oversee customer service and day-to-day commercial operations
Maintain disciplined CRM, reporting, and follow-up
