Workshop Manager, Sales & Operations

About the Role

Maple Leaf LPG is looking for an experienced automotive professional to take ownership of the sales performance, customer experience, team accountability, and day-to-day commercial operations of our autogas conversion and service workshop in Tejgaon.

This is a hands-on management role. The successful candidate does not need to be an automotive technician, but must understand how an automotive showroom, service center, or workshop operates and be able to manage its commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team and take responsibility for monthly sales and conversion targets

  • Manage leads, customer follow-ups, quotations, bookings, and lost-lead analysis

  • Develop corporate and fleet business opportunities

  • Improve lead conversion and follow-up discipline

  • Maintain strong customer service before, during, and after conversion

  • Coordinate with the technical team on scheduling, workshop capacity, and customer commitments

  • Monitor staff performance and hold team members accountable

  • Maintain accurate CRM, Trello, and management reporting

  • Maintain pricing discipline and sound commercial decision-making

  • Resolve customer and operational issues

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and workshop efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of directly relevant experience in an automotive dealership, showroom, authorized service center, automotive workshop, or automotive after-sales operation

  • Demonstrated responsibility for monthly sales targets and customer acquisition

  • Experience supervising or managing a sales, showroom, service, or workshop team

  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving ability

  • Good follow-up, organization, and reporting discipline

  • Ability to work effectively with both sales and technical personnel

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other digital business tools

Previous LPG or autogas experience is not required.

Candidates with automotive dealership/service-center experience, measurable sales achievements, corporate or fleet sales exposure, and responsibility for commercial performance will be preferred.
