Job Summary
We need a sharp, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can run paid ad campaigns, manage our online presence, and turn clicks into customer visits. This isn’t a content-only role — it’s about results. The right candidate will understand how to drive traffic, optimize for conversions, and work closely with the operations team to generate leads daily.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta/Facebook)
Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Launch retargeting ads to convert workshop visitors and past engagers
Collaborate on landing page optimization for lead capture
Respond to online inquiries and direct leads to the sales team
Create or supervise production of ad creatives: posts, videos, banners
Track performance via Google Analytics and Ads Manager
Prepare monthly reports showing cost per lead, ROAS, and next steps
Keep an eye on competitors and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the workshop team to promote offers, testimonials, and events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with lead generation goals
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Comfortable using Google Analytics and SEO tools
Familiar with content tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Self-starter with a performance mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
Knowledge of the automotive or LPG conversion industry
Experience working with CRM or lead-tracking tools
Customer service mindset for engaging with online audiences
